Application for customs duty formalities / package forwarding service has been closed. All equipments and materials for demonstration should be carried by yourself via hand-carried baggages of your flight. We will refuse to receive the overseas shipped materials if the courier charges customs duty to us. We can not receive shipped materials before Sep. 28th. |
You can transport materials for your demonstration to conference site via hand-carry, by car, or domestic courier service with specifying arrival date and time.
Shipping service by common world-wide courier (ex. FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, etc) will usually charge the customs duty to receivers. We will refuse to receive the mailed materials if they charge the duty to us at ICC Kyoto (conference site), or the materials arrive before Sep. 28th.

Transportation - domestic
国内からの荷物の搬入には，以下の二通りの方法があります．どちらで搬入されるかを，日浦（shinsaku@sys.es.osaka-u.ac.jp）宛にご連絡下さい．

と伝票に記載ください．
２９日以降も搬入可能ですが，イベントが既に開催されていますので，大型の機材は極力２８日にお持ちこみ下さい．
駐車券の事前手配をされない場合も入構は可能ですが，入構（駐車）１回につき 800円が必要となります．
